NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING pursuant to Town Law Section 176(22)(c) will be held on the 18th day of April 2018 commencing at 5:30 p.m. at the Poland Fire Station 1 located at 216 New York State Route 8, Cold Brook, New York 13324 for the purposes of considering an annual, but renewable contract, in the amount of $18,360 with the Trenton Fire District for the continued provision of fire protection and emergency services within a portion of the Poland Joint Fire District traditionally served by the Trenton Fire District and to hear all persons interested in the subject.
